PAMD 1.0 ------------

Basically it will let you play your ladder/league wars with the gray-fading on, and you can switch to a pam mode which have it off when you're playing a pcw.

I also made 3 custom pam_modes, one for each other gametype, if you want to play a pcw with fog off in those modes. Just type "pam_mode nofog" in either HQ, TDM or CTF to load it.

This cvar will also work in a deathmatch public game, simply add scr_allow_ambient_fog 0 to your config or via rcon and restart the map.
