Ein Minipatch für CoD4 trägt die stolze Versionsnummer CoD4 1.1
Ohne diesen Patch kann es passieren das Spieler ihren hartverdienten Rang einbüßen wenn Sie zwischendurch auf unranked bzw falsch konfigurierte Multiplayerserver verbinden. Der Patch kann so ein Mißgeschick nicht mehr rückgängig machen, soll es aber für die Zukunft verhindern. Einspielen kann also nicht schaden.

  Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ 1.1 Patch
  DESCRIPTION:
  This is the release of the v1.1 Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ patch by Infinity Ward.
  This patch addresses the issue of Rank / Stat resets reported by users moving from a Modded / Un-ranked server to a non Modded / Ranked Server. This update is not intended to revert back to any previously lost rank, but to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
 
 INSTALLATION:
 

• Download the file below
• Unzip all files into your main Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare™ folder, default is C:Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare, overwriting as necessary

....das ging ja fix mit dem ersten Patch !




P.S. Lool ... Der Ausdruck Patch is ja nu n bisschen übertrieben, das is ja nur die Multiplayer.exe die ausgetauscht wird !!!
