Der Westwall (bei den Alliierten auch unter dem Namen Siegfried-Linie Grenze) in Richtung Süden, entlang der Westgrenze des ehemaligen bekannt) war ein über ca. 630 km verteiltes Verteidigungssystem, das aus über 18.000 Bunkern, Stollen sowie zahllosen Gräben und Panzersperren bestand. Er verlief von Kleve (an der niederländischenDeutschen Reiches, bis nach Weil am Rhein (an der Schweizer Grenze). Adolf Hitler ließ die Anlage, die eher von propagandistischem als strategischem Wert war, ab 1936 planen und zwischen 1938 und 1940 errichten. Zuvor hatte das Deutsche Reich unter den Nationalsozialisten im Jahr 1936 entgegen den Auflagen aus dem Vertrag von Versailles die durch die Folgen des Ersten Weltkriegs von Deutschland demilitarisierten Gebiete beiderseits des Rheins wieder besetzt.

Es ist eine Umsetzung der Custom Map aus Medal of Honor : Allied Assault (St.Lo).
Sie ist optisch identisch und gut gelungen und spielt am Tage bei Sonnenschein.
Die Häuser haben Kellerbereiche und sind miteinander verbunden, so das man unter der Straße hindurch wieder ins andere Haus gelangen kann.

Most of the textures were taken from MoH as i thought i'd keep it as close to the original as possible. Also the CoD2 textures didn't give the map the same feel. Maybe it's just me being nostalgic.

The map is a medium sized map in the town of Borisovka, Russia. There are quite many accessable buildings to explore in the town, most of them with several floors.
SEARCH & DESTROY OBJECTIVES:
The Allied team must plant the bomb at Bomb zone A (Flakvierling gun) or Bomb zone B (fuel depot) in order to accomplish the mission.
CHANGES SINCE THE BETA RELEASE:
- Search and Destory objectives moved.
- Headquarters radios moved.
- Spawns slightly modified.
- Some improved clipping to prevent jumps and exploits.
- All windows are now open.
- A few mantle areas added.
- Improved interior detail.
- A few new accessable areas added.
- Some minor visual bugs fixed.
- Weather effects slightly modified.

Extract mp_borisovka.iwd into your Call of Duty 2\main folder.
To play the map, start Call of Duty 2 multiplayer and choose "Borisovka, Russia" from the server map list or type /map mp_borisovka in the console.
